This 40ft shipping container with dual roll-up side doors is a refurbished, freshly repainted COR-TEN steel unit fitted with two roll-up doors positioned along the long face of the container — one near each end of the 40ft length — providing dual-side entry from opposite ends of the same long wall. This layout is distinct from both standard end-door containers and side-door swing configurations: roll-up doors retract vertically into the door frame without requiring swing clearance space alongside the container, making this unit suited to tight yard positions, drive-up storage facilities, and enclosed workshop spaces where a full swing door arc would obstruct vehicle or forklift movement.

The two-door layout allows the container to be divided into operational zones — stock, tools, equipment, or vehicle access from one door while the other end remains closed — or for simultaneous loading and unloading from both ends without operators working past each other. The roll-up doors include integrated latch points for padlocks and lockboxes, providing the same security level as a locking bar system on a standard cargo door.

 The floor is 28mm marine-grade hardwood plywood on steel cross-members, undercoated for moisture resistance, and rated for heavy pallet and forklift loading. Forklift pockets are fitted on both sides for straightforward yard repositioning. The unit is wind and watertight and sealed against dust, moisture, and pest ingress. Colour options are available.
